The agreement between the Forum of BSNL Unions/Associations and BSNL management on the 13th June strike issues, signed on 11th has been appreciated by all. Accordingly, the strike has been deferred also.
Now, it is for the management to ensure that the decisions of the agreement are fully and quickly implemented. Any delay or watering down will certainly put a question mark on the sincerity of the management. Fast track methods have to be adopted in implementation of the assurances so that the workers are convinced.

Already the union leaders have met the management for expediting the orders. We shall try to prepare and put the calculations as requested by you in the BSNLEU website.
whether The agreement reached between management and united forum on 13/62012 about 78.2% is useful for direct recruited employ after 1-1-2007.
It will benefit everybody in the long run since the principle of 100% neutralisation in the cost of living is established. Kindly go through the earlier replies to similar comments.
now it is 2nd July,more than 20 days are gone,but nothing is available on any of the sites internet or intranet reg the agreement implementation by BSNL management
