I surely welcome the CMD BSNL letter to the employees asking for suggestions for the improvement of BSNL and its services. In fact the letter is not even a single minute earlier.
The Joint Action Committee has placed many suggestions in the past and is placing further suggestions now and then. The BSNL Management and especially CMD should go through it and implement if found suitable.
The portal in which the suggestions are to be put should be made available to all the employees by making the password known to all.
Further, the present movement should not be limited to a circular but should be acted upon and continued.

that is a welcome step from bsnl cmd. but i feel it should be extended to the general public also since bsnl is a public national/asset.people like me never went away to use private player’s services purposefully to stay with national initiatives and also as a precaution against the inherent thread of private sector exploitation in the absence of strong public sector entities like bsnl.the commons still take pride of bsnl just like drdo,isro and other gems of our national prestige.at the same time it is bewildering that bsnl officials of the highest echelons are being caught in bribery offences.its a shame. hence it is imperative that general public also should be able to suggests improvements to bsnl.
