Now that the Indefinite Strike has been deferred after a good agreement with the management, it is time to continue our sustained efforts to better the services and to increase our revenue and profit. My suggestion to the management is to direct all officers at Corporate Office,Circles and SSA levels to immediately start discussions with the Unions at their respective levels to ensure a better service and for getting more revenue at their levels. The Works committees, which have been dormant for some time,should be restored and start working immediately.
BSNL should be saved. People should get a better service. The justified demands of the workers should be settled.
We are ready to make BSNL as a profitable company in future. But recently in our coimbatore SSA transfers are implemented in TM/PM cadre.
In that huge expenditure involved in the name of TRANSFER GRANT.
Both unions BSNLEU & NFTE main role in the transfer issue.
I came to know that no expenditure involved in the transfer issue.
because an option letter received from TM/PM as a request trasfer.After receving option letter expenditure involved in lacs.At this crucial time transfers are postponed for some time. Also the experienced TM/PM are missing for field units. For this reason a good service is not possible for some time and it tends to our BSNL loss making company.
So I request to you that transfer and posting involved without trasfer grant
in all SSAs/ Circles .
Discuss the issue with the union at SSA level and if there is any difference it can be taken up with the Circle level. From yopur comment it is not very clear what the actual probelm is. Anyway our local leaders will be able to help.
