Com.ahendra Kumar Roy, Member of Parliament has written to Shri Hemanabd Biswal, Chairman, Parliamentary Standing Committee on Labour expressing concern at the unusual delay in regularising the 2270 casual labour in W.Bengal and demanding early regularisation.
