A meeting of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Labour was held on 20th April to take evidence from the BSNL management on the complaint raised by me as the President of the Casual and Contract Workers Federation as also BSNLEU. Myself, Coms. Animesh Mitra and Tapas Ghoash have already given evidences in the meetings held at Delhi and Kalkota. Today the BSNL management gave evidence.

I have been working since 1988 in Tezpur SSA under Assam Telecom Circle but no appropraie steps have been reflected to ensure the regularisation. Please extend your kind co-operation in this regard so that I can receive due justice for rendering long period service to BSNL.

The case is taken already. But the management is refusing to regularise. We have taken the case with the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Labour and with the Communications minister.
