The DOT has taken a correct decision to take action against the private telcos who are sharing the 3G spectrum, thus violating the rules and conditions of the allotment.

The government should not bend to the pressure of the concerned private telecom companies. Their licence should be cancelled, penalty imposed and the licence fee confiscated.
