The decision of the Delhi Police ie. Central Government, denying permission to Anna Hazare to hold Satyagraha in Delhi smacks of authoritarianism. The democratic right of the people to express their opinion and propagate their views peacefully can not be denied, whatever excuse the authorities says. Corruption is an issue the entire people are agitated. Anna Hazare is only expressing it in his own way.
It has also become the bad habit of the present government to discredit all those who oppose it. As long as Baba Ram Dev was in the good books of the Government, he was a saintly person for them. The moment he opposed the government, he has become a bad man, avoiding taxes and having black money. Was this fact known to the Government only when he started opposing the corruption. Now the government spokepersons are accusing that Anna Hazare is corrupt. If Anna Hazare did not oppose government he would have been a very good Gandhian for them. Such kind of accusations are discrediting the government only.
Instead of correcting its mistakes and punishing the corrupt, the government is attacking those who are opposing and exposing corruption. This is a shame on the government.
The Government has no right to stop Satyagraha

Excellent Article with the correct PUNCH. Kudos to whoever penned this article. I fully agree with his views.
Now my only request to this gentleman is to persuade the COMRADE POLITBUREAU to throw their weight solidly behind Anna so that this corrupt government of criminals is brought as early as possible.
