Nobody can blame the Central government that they are slow in implementing the so called reforms.Whether on subsidy to the private companies, increasing the FDI, allowing the MNCs and big business to amass wealth by granting them unhindered access to the scarce natural resources like water, minerals, air-waves (spectrum), oil and so on.
Now to speed up these anti-people reforms, the Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee is proceeding to US, the champion of these reforms, to get advise and implement the same in our country.
