The Supreme Court questioned why the Prime Minister kept silence for a long period with regard to the application of Subramaniswamy seeking permission to prosecute Minister Raja. This is probably the first time that the apex court has commented like this about the head of the Central Government. However, Congress spokesman denied tha there was any delay.
