The MNCs, private equipment manufacturers and private telecos are in a cartel to ensure that BSNL is stopped from increasing its mobile connections. In 2006 Motorola went to court against the 45.5 million tender. Later Ericsson went to court against 93 million tender. Now Ericsson has demanded DOT to cancel  the latest BSNL tender for 5.5 millions. The MNCs, private telcos, and also Government and management  are watching happily the down fall of the company.
